We believe that learning

Busy is how most people
describe the pace at our school. Momentum is high and
each day is full and exciting, children follow a program
of activities designed to build specific skills where we
differentiate one day from the next. A wide range of
activities included in their schedule are - singing,
listening to stories, dramatics/ plays, group projects,
nature walks and outdoor games. These activities provide
opportunities for creativity, physical co-ordination,
and emotional maturity, along with practical and social
skills.
Children's minds are
sharpened, energy channelized and potential fully
developed through a variety of purposeful activities.
Through these play activities - children grow up making
their own decisions and discoveries. Besides this, a
climate of creativity is maintained throughout the year.
Activities like painting, rhyming, singing, clay
modelling, block building, fancy dress shows are being
organized in the school.
The school follows the
Week Day System – Five days: day one is Monday; day two
is Tuesday and so on. A holiday is not counted as a day.
This ensures that the entire timetable is adhered to and
there is no lapse of academics of a particular day due
to the holiday. The sixth day is an activities and
remedial class day. The students are trained and
developed on various co-curricular and sports
activities.
Academic monitoring is
done throughout the year and the school has education
experts who do the academic audit of the school and
guide the curriculum delivery. Parents also play a vital
role in the education system at IMSE. Regular parent’s
meetings are organised and detailed discussions about
each child is conducted to ensure all aspects of
education for every child is put on an upward trend
towards improvement.
The Pre-Primary School
Section
IMSE Pre-Primary School
focuses on providing a solid academic foundation with
focus on developing the personality, confidence and
behavioural skills. Their curriculum is designed to
ensure they get world class education which helps them
in preparing for the challenges of the 21st century.
IMSE firmly believes in the doctrines propagated by
Madam Maria Montessori.
The Physical movements of
children are governed and guided in such a way that they
develop correct motor skills and body movements. They
are guided on various aspects of a healthy lifestyle.
The art, music, dance, and other activities are in sync
with the curriculum. The objective of IMSE Pre-Primary
School is to develop physically, intellectually,
socially and emotionally balanced human beings.
The Primary School
Section
When a child reaches our
primary school after successfully graduating from the
pre-primary school they are confident individuals with
some basic grounding on the world around them. Here the
holistic development of the child is our prime concern.
We follow CBSE Curriculum which is one of the best
education systems in the country. We ensure they focus
on their curricular goals and also help them choose
their path to the future through rigorous counselling
and guidance. Co-curricular activities, sports and games
are an integral part of our curriculum with experts and
coaches guiding the students.
We, at IMSE understand
this is an age when a child goes through inevitable
physical and hormonal changes. The stage of adolescence
is well understood by the faculty and they are
particular focused on helping the child find their
self-identity and develop them as intellectually sound
citizens of the country - hopefully in due course
contributing their bit to society and the world at
large.
The High & Higher
Secondary School Section
The High & Higher
Secondary section of the school is proposed to be
starting from session 2015-16. It will be affiliated to
the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi.
Sciences both Mathematical and Biological will be taught
in the school. The school will also have classes for the
commerce stream. School proposes to prepare students for
examinations like IIT, PET, IIT for science students and
CA-CPT and related examinations for commerce students.
Moral Education
The school provides a
fully secular atmosphere, where students are free to
practice their own beliefs. The effort is to bring a
balanced fusion of Indian traditions, principles and
culture with modern day education. The school endeavours
to develop & imbibe good moral values & principles in
its students so that they become responsible citizens of
society with lots of compassion, love & responsibility.
It is important to
recognise that the expectations of high standards of
behaviour are for the well-being of all members of the
school and community. Good manners and politeness are an
important part of everyday life and, therefore, courtesy
is expected between all members of the school and
