Mathematics: Learning
by doing
Stepping out of the
workbooks and textbooks, creating a world of math
manipulatives, whole body learning is always a great
deal of fun.
Our math teacher, Anjali Nikhare, today engaged the
children of class VI on the ground with demonstrating
the theorems with the equipment used in the ground and
also those used for the construction.
Needless to say, this class is lucky that they now went
home loving their math.
